고추장 찌개
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 1 potato (thinly cut)
- pork
- mushrooms
- 1 jalapeno
Method
- Finely cut potatoes and veg
- Heat 2tbsp of oil, 2tbsp of sesame oil
- Add gochujang and cook until it bubbles and fizzes
- Add 1 tbsp gochugaru and immediately add 2.5 cups water
- Raise to medium-high, add potatoes and meat
- Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Boil for 5-10 minutes
- Add onions, mushrooms, and chilli pepper
- Boil another 5-10 minutes.
- Add spring onions
- Season with black pepper. Taste
- If slightly salty, add a splash of water
